Responsible for the efficient management of daily operations, finances, human resources, and the overall administration of the academy to ensure optimal functioning. Their focus is on creating an organized and productive work environment.
Leads the development, implementation, and supervision of the Miniswimmer teaching methodology. Works directly with the coaches to ensure the quality of classes, the application of pedagogical techniques, and the continuous training of the instructor team.
Our team is made up of physical education teachers certified in Miniswimmer, kinesiologists, and coaches with extensive experience working with children, including specialization in the care of students with ASD, guaranteeing effective learning that is sensitive to their needs.
Responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and expansion of Miniswimmer in the country. Oversees all areas and seeks new opportunities to bring our value proposition to more families and students.
